So I watched the new episode of Smallville today, it had a break between this one and the last aired one which I think was mid-November or so?
Anyway I liked it alot, I enjoyed the reference to the Matrix, even though it was so strong. I did think that the fact that Chloe is working with (rather than for) the Suicide Squad means that they are going to play a big part in the season finale, which was obvious before, but now I think that they are going to play the most of their part on the side of the League..
Obviously the big looming villan is Alex, who as far as I know is supposed to merge with Brainiac? I'm sorta thinking that this will be the season finale and of course the series finale, because this is the final season. However I think that they will make a continuation, in the form of a new Superman series, which would be good to watch. If they do not do this I feel that there will at least be a couple of spin-offs.
Anyway I thought I would share my thoughts on that, overall, a good episode with a strong connection to the story line.
The new series isnt available in my country yet. Gonna have to watch it online.
